Q. I am applying for a job and it is asking for two professional references BESIDES the past supervisors listed in the past employment section. Who can I use as a professional reference? What exactly is the difference between and personal and professional reference? Thanks! I'm only 18 so I don't really have any co-workers that are know that stuff considering most of them are the same age as me.
