The University of Western Ontarion has an aviation management degree and you can get your CPL through their program. I have a friend who lives in Toronto that went there in the 80's and he has had a very successful flying career. You don't need to learn to fly at a college or university, but if you can afford it this is a good way to go. No, they are not planning to add more. There's a rumor that Rutgers was asked to join the ivies at one point (if they wanted to go private) but that rumor is from Rutgers and the ivies claim they have no record of that. They already aren't the best schools. They are routinely outranked (some of them anyway) by CalTech, MIT, Berkeley, Stanford, and others.
