Can they add more into their 8 universities list?
Q. Who and when did the 8 universities in the Ivy League get "signed up"? What exactly does it mean? Why don't they add more colleges/universities into their list? Do you think these colleges are gonna stay "the best" forever? Asked by Man vs. Chicken - Mon May 25 15:34:35 2009 - - 3 Answers - 0 Comments A. There's the history of the ivy league. No, they are not planning to add more. There's a rumor that Rutgers was asked to join the ivies at one point (if they wanted to go private) but that rumor is from Rutgers and the ivies claim they have no record of that. They already aren't the best schools. They are routinely outranked (some of them anyway) by CalTech, MIT, Berkeley, Stanford, and others. They're really good schools, but not always the best, and not all of the best. Answered by eri - Mon May 25 15:40:50 2009 From Yahoo Answer Search: "universities" |
